Who do you want to be?

Where do you want to go?

What's stopping you?

we all, typically, have something that's holding us back:

  • a job that keeps us infinitely busy
  • a family who needs us to play our role incredibly well for their survival
  • community responsibilities
  • networking relationships and commitments
  • money
  • health
  • location
  • anything else you can think of

would you believe it if i told you that none of those things are holding you back?
that every single thing on your list is either fuel for the fire of your life,
or the extinguishing water?
that it’s a choice?

Once the choice is made, there’s no going back. Sort of a red pill, blue pill thing.

I’m not saying it will be easy.
But the greatest things in life rarely are.
You will be the radical one, go ahead and accept it now before the journey starts.
You will be looked at differently, with uncertainty by some and admiration by many. people will be infinitely curious about you, and you will have to be humble.
You’ll never be the same and I guarantee you’ll never wish it differently.

It’s a switch in your head and in your heart that begins including instead of excluding. That’s the secret to getting what you want: including everything in your journey, even the things that appear to be obstacles. When included, those obstacles become a part of the fun, they enrich your life in ways you never could have imagined.

Uno a Uno, or One on One, is the most common coaching situation I find myself in. Whether it be in-person or through Skype, I’ve found that being able to see the eyes of the person you’re sharing with is not only the easiest way to clear understanding, but also a meaningful experience in itself.

Of course, if you’re unable to do Skype, I’m happy to work over the phone as well.

Another option, one that is appealing to many for multiple reasons, is through Coaching Letters.

I am an avid reader and an empathetic listener. In my courses I help people get in touch with the written word. While I love face to face communication, I’ll always be a writer at heart. Writing all of the worries and troubles that come to mind is perhaps the quickest way to relieve the pressure they build up. It’s like pulling the plug on an overflowing tub, instant relief.

I’m here to not only read your concerns, but also to come to understand what it is you absolutely desire. I want to know what your paradise is, your dream life, and I want to help you embrace and overcome the obstacles on the path. By being a somewhat objective, different perspective, I hope to help you see the forest through the trees.

Whichever you prefer, feel free to contact me.

Blessings.
